This simulation of 5-axis milling was made during the cooperation with a good friend. He owns a 5-axis milling station and it was our job to improve the link between the CAD-software and the machine. Therefor I did study the tool NC machine simulation of Catia V5. As a successful end of this work we produced NC-code, that was understood and manufactored by the machine in the second picture.
